Job Description

The Superintendent - K-12 Construction - Washington, DC will be responsible for:

  • Leading and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinating and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
  • Enforcing compliance with OSHA 30 requirements and company safety protocols.
  • Monitoring project progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Overseeing site logistics, schedule planning, and resource management to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conducting inspections, ensure quality control, and enforce compliance with all project specifications.

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - K-12 Construction - Washington, DC should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
  • Experience working on ground up projects $20M+ - multifamily, K-12, higher education or healthcare
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards are essential
  • Proficient in Procore and other project management software
  • Candidates must have OSHA 30 certification and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to project.
