Superintendent - K-12/Healthcare Construction - CT

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to reflect current work progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to address project needs and resolve challenges.
• Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
