Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to maintain project progress and resolve field issues.
  • Manage project schedules to ensure key milestones and completion dates are achieved.
  • Ensure all work complies with project specifications, building codes, safety requirements, and district standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to project leadership and clients.
