Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of K12 education construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align on project goals and expectations.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and site activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of prior experience working with a General Contractor
  • Proven experience overseeing projects from inception to completion
  • Strong proficiency in software and technology is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Strong time management skills, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and with attention to detail
  • Experience in managing teams is a plus
  • Well-versed in the current construction market trends and the latest technological advancements
