Superintendent - Lab Construction - Lexington, MA

• Manage all aspects of lab construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and project teams.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
