One of Wisconsin's most respected general contractors is actively seeking a superintendent lead large scale commercial projects that can reach up to $100M in valuation. This firm is known for their strong pipeline of local work, as well as their strong compensation package that includes: base salary + 7% 401(k) match + additional profit sharing + yearly bonuses. Job Description

  • Act as day‑to‑day field leader on assigned projects
  • Coordinate and manage self perform trades and subcontractors
  • Manage schedule and sequencing
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Review drawings, sequences, and scopes to proactively identify conflicts

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum five years as a successful Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Carpentry or concrete trades background strongly preferred
  • OSHA 30 Certification strongly preferred
  • Leadership of commercial construction projects over $10M preferred
  • Experience managing self perform trades is strongly preferred
  • Procore experience preferred
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating project teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accurate project implementation.
