Job Description

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all team members on-site.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
  • Resolve any on-site issues and conflicts promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Ensure efficient allocation and management of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.
