Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations for multifamily, military housing, and residential construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, inspections, and project logistics
  • Drive project schedules and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and project leadership teams
  • Monitor quality control, site safety, and production goals
  • Manage project documentation, daily reports, and field communication
  • Resolve construction challenges and maintain project momentum
  • Support planning and scheduling efforts to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial, multifamily, residential, or military housing projects
  • Experience managing field operations and multiple subcontractor trades
  • Background in multifamily construction strongly preferred
  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills; P6 experience is a plus
  • Experience with concrete, podium, high-rise, military housing, or large-scale residential projects preferred
  • Proven ability to solve problems and lead teams in fast-paced construction environments
  • Stable work history with demonstrated career growth
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
