The company offers a collaborative, family-oriented culture where employees are supported through strong leadership, professional development programs, and long-term career growth opportunities.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Large-Scale Ground Up - Bethesda, MD will be responsible for:Lead all onsite construction activities from project startup through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone and completion dates are achieved.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards across the jobsite.Conduct site meetings and maintain strong communication with project management teams and clients.Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure proper project execution.Proactively identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts.Oversee projects ranging from approximately $30M to $200M+ across various commercial market sectors.Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
