Job Description

The Superintendent - Large-Scale Projects - NoVA will:

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations on an active construction project
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to maintain progress
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and project teams on execution strategy
  • Drive accountability across trades to meet milestones and deadlines
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Large-Scale Projects - NoVA will have:

  • 4+ years of experience for Assistant Superintendents; higher for Super/Lead roles
  • Proven experience managing field operations on commercial construction projects
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and subcontractors
  • Willingness to be onsite in Stafford County, VA
