They're looking for an innovative Superintendent that can uphold their values & wants to grow within the organization!Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will:Oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, & progress.Provide guidance, leadership and direct supervision of site staff, including assistant superintendents, laborers and other construction related personnelManage subcontractors on site to maximize efficiency and ensure they meet contractual obligations and complete entire scope of work - including maintaining cleanliness, safety procedures, and staffingExamine contract drawings and specifications for design deficiencies, impractical details and possible code violations, and bring these to the attention of the Project Manager for review with the ArchitectCooperate with, and direct when necessary, the activities of inspection agencies, and to effect remedial actions indicated by the reports of these agenciesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
