Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects from start to completion
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and OSHA requirements
  • Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality, progress, and workmanship
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on budgets, RFIs, change orders, and project reporting
  • Lead site meetings, inspections, and coordination efforts with stakeholders
  • Identify and proactively resolve field issues to maintain project flow
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and logs
  • Foster a positive and productive job site culture focused on accountability and performance

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
  • Proven track record managing multifamily construction projects (wood-frame, podium, or similar preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
  • Demonstrated leadership ability managing multiple subcontractors and trades
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
  • Strong communication skills-able to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Solid knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
  • Experience with construction management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is a plus
  • Local or regional experience in the Lehigh Valley/Eastern PA market preferred
