• Oversee all aspects of life science interior construction projects on-site, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address project requirements.
• Track and manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the construction process.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
