Their employee-ownership culture creates an environment where team members take pride in delivering exceptional projects and building long-term careers.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project turnover.Manage tilt-wall operations including panel casting, erection, bracing, and sequencing.Drive project schedules to ensure milestone and completion dates are achieved.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.Champion jobsite safety and maintain OSHA compliance.Conduct daily planning meetings and oversee field logistics.Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications.Identify and resolve field challenges proactively to maintain production goals.Maintain accurate project reporting, documentation, and communication with project teams.Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented project environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
