Job Description

Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project turnover.
Manage tilt-wall operations including panel casting, erection, bracing, and sequencing.
Drive project schedules to ensure milestone and completion dates are achieved.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.
Champion jobsite safety and maintain OSHA compliance.
Conduct daily planning meetings and oversee field logistics.
Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications.
Identify and resolve field challenges proactively to maintain production goals.
Maintain accurate project reporting, documentation, and communication with project teams.
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented project environment.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial or industrial construction.
Demonstrated success delivering tilt-wall projects from start to finish.
Experience with warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and other light industrial developments.
Strong understanding of concrete, structural systems, sitework, and project sequencing.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Must be based in Georgia or willing to relocate and open to Southeast travel.
