Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project turnover.
  • Manage tilt-wall operations including panel casting, erection, bracing, and sequencing.
  • Drive project schedules to ensure milestone and completion dates are achieved.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.
  • Champion jobsite safety and maintain OSHA compliance.
  • Conduct daily planning meetings and oversee field logistics.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications.
  • Identify and resolve field challenges proactively to maintain production goals.
  • Maintain accurate project reporting, documentation, and communication with project teams.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented project environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial or industrial construction.
  • Demonstrated success delivering tilt-wall projects from start to finish.
  • Experience with warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and other light industrial developments.
  • Strong understanding of concrete, structural systems, sitework, and project sequencing.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Must be based in Georgia or willing to relocate and open to Southeast travel.
