We are partnering with a leading multifamily and commercial development organization that is actively expanding its Light Industrial Construction Division and seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up light industrial and tilt-wall construction.

Job Description

  • Lead daily field operations for ground-up industrial projects.
  • Manage tilt-wall construction activities, sequencing, and coordination.
  • Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion.
  • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, design teams, and ownership groups.
  • Enforce safety standards and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
  • Identify and resolve field challenges to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor or developer-builder.
  • Proven experience delivering ground-up light industrial projects.
  • Strong tilt-wall construction experience required.
  • Knowledge of site development, concrete, structural systems, and warehouse/distribution facilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced construction schedules.
  • OSHA and safety-focused mindset.
