Job Description

The Superintendent will report to the Senior Operations team and be responsible for leading all on-site construction activities across industrial projects throughout the Southeast. The Superintendent will serve as the primary field leader, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage all day-to-day field operations on ground-up warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with Project Management teams.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site meetings and maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project quality, productivity, and schedule performance.
  • Drive successful project completion while maintaining a positive jobsite culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
  • Experience delivering ground-up warehouse, distribution center, logistics, manufacturing, or light industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and field operations management.
  • Experience overseeing multiple subcontractor trades on large-scale construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Southeast for project assignments.
  • Atlanta-based or willing to relocate to the Atlanta market.
