Job Description

As a Superintendent, you will report to a senior operations leader and play a critical role in the successful delivery of interior construction projects.

  • Lead day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities for commercial interior projects
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control
  • Drive projects ranging from $3M-$5M, with select projects exceeding $10M
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and design teams
  • Oversee fast‑track buildouts including corporate office, financial services, and specialty interiors
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract documents, and client expectations
  • Deliver projects on time while maintaining high craftsmanship standards

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior construction projects
  • Background delivering Class A office or high‑end interior buildouts
  • Experience managing projects in the $3M-$35M range
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics
  • Ability to work in secure or confidential environments when required
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive leadership style
  • Willingness to travel or support projects as needed
