Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from ground-up through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and material deliveries
  • Maintain project quality, safety, and budget objectives throughout construction
  • Communicate progress and resolve field challenges with project stakeholders
  • Ensure successful project delivery while meeting client expectations and deadlines

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 10+ years of custom home construction experience
  • Proven experience delivering custom homes of 8,000+ SF from start to finish
  • Strong background supervising luxury residential projects
  • Must be located in Palm Beach County or further north
  • Excellent leadership, scheduling, and trade coordination skills
