Superintendent - Luxury Residential - Miami

Project Leadership

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through final turnover.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and daily field operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve construction issues to maintain project progress.

Quality & Craftsmanship

• Ensure all work meets luxury residential construction standards and project specifications.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and manage punch list completion.
• Oversee the installation of high-end finishes, millwork, stone, and custom architectural details.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout all phases of construction.

Client & Team Coordination

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and consultants.
• Lead jobsite meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve field conditions and design challenges.
• Deliver a first-class client experience throughout the construction process.

Safety, Compliance & Administration

• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant jobsite.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, permit requirements, and OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with local authorities.
• Track project documentation, schedules, and change orders while supporting budget objectives.
