Superintendent - Luxury Residential

• Manage all onsite construction activities from start to completion
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure superior quality control on high-end finishes and details
• Enforce site safety standards and compliance
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients
• Oversee inspections, reporting, and documentation
