Their culture emphasizes safety, employee development, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will lead field operations from project startup through completion, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications. This individual will serve as the primary field leader responsible for workforce management, subcontractor coordination, productivity, quality control, and project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day field operations on mechanical and industrial construction projects from mobilization through closeoutSupervise craft labor, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel while ensuring adherence to project goals and safety standardsCoordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and project resources to maximize productivity and efficiencyDevelop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, critical path activities, and field progressSupport project budgeting, cost control initiatives, resource planning, and productivity trackingInterface with project managers, engineers, inspectors, clients, and other project stakeholdersMaintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, timesheets, material tracking, work orders, and billing supportEnforce safety programs, quality standards, and company policies while mentoring and developing field personnelMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
