Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all field operations from project mobilization through closeout
  • Supervise craft labor, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities
  • Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules and critical path milestones
  • Monitor jobsite productivity, quality, safety, and overall project performance
  • Interface with owners, engineers, inspectors, project managers, and other stakeholders
  • Support project cost control, resource planning, and budget management efforts
  • Maintain daily reports, timekeeping, material tracking, and other project documentation

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Superintendent should have:

  • 7+ years of construction site leadership experience
  • Experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, General Superintendent, or a Foreman ready to step into a Superintendent role
  • Strong background in mechanical construction environments
  • Experience leading field operations on industrial or infrastructure projects
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, safety programs, and workforce management
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
