A well-established commercial contractor is seeking a Superintendent to lead tilt wall and industrial construction projects throughout the Melbourne and Space Coast market. This role requires a hands-on builder who can manage projects from sitework through interiors and closeout while working closely with a collaborative leadership team.

Job Description

  • Manage daily site operations on ground-up tilt wall and industrial projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and project logistics
  • Oversee civil work, building shell construction, interiors, and finish-out phases
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders
  • Drive projects to completion while meeting budget, schedule, and quality targets

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Melbourne Tilt Wall & Industrial should have:

  • 5-8 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Proven background delivering tilt wall and industrial projects
  • Strong ground-up experience including sitework, interiors, and finishes
  • Ability to discuss project scope, construction methods, and personal contributions in detail
  • Team-oriented professional with strong communication and leadership skills
