Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate all MEP activities on a $180M ground-up K-12 project
  • Manage subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, and quality control for MEP scopes
  • Partner with project leadership to maintain project milestones and budgets
  • Oversee safety, commissioning, and turnover processes related to building systems
  • Collaborate with field and project teams to resolve construction challenges proactively

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent (MEP) - Charlotte K-12 (Local/Travel) should have:

  • Strong tenure with previous employers and a stable work history
  • Experience overseeing MEP scopes on large commercial, academic, or healthcare projects
  • K-12 construction experience strongly preferred
  • Superintendent experience with a general contractor required
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
