They combine the resources of a global organization with a collaborative culture that values safety, innovation, and long-term employee growth.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of an MEP Superintendent:Lead all field operations for Day 2 data center construction projects.Manage upgrades, retrofits, tenant improvements, and infrastructure enhancements within live facilities.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, project managers, and client stakeholders.Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and site productivity goals.Oversee site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.Develop and implement work plans that minimize operational disruption within active environments.Conduct daily coordination meetings and monitor construction progress.Resolve field issues proactively to prevent schedule impacts.Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.Foster strong relationships with clients and project teams throughout project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
