Superintendent - MEP Project - Boydton, VA

• Lead field execution of MEP construction activities on large-scale projects.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty trade partners to maintain schedule and quality goals.
• Manage daily site operations while ensuring adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to drive project success.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality.
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Support construction planning, sequencing, and coordination efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong communication with project teams and leadership to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Travel to future project assignments as needed to support ongoing business growth and operational needs.
