Backed by significant growth, an impressive project backlog, and long-standing industry relationships, they offer a stable environment where top performers can build long-term careers.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of a Superintendent:Manage daily field operations for commercial mechanical construction projectsSupervise field crews, subcontractors, and jobsite activitiesCoordinate project schedules, sequencing, and workforce planningMonitor project budgets, productivity, and cost control measuresEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesConduct site meetings and maintain communication with project stakeholdersRead and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentsCoordinate installation of HVAC, ductwork, sheet metal, plumbing, and mechanical systemsIdentify and resolve jobsite challenges to maintain project schedulesMaintain quality standards throughout all phases of constructionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
