Job Description

* Manage 3-4 concurrent airport renovation and restaurant projects valued up to $5M
* Coordinate daily field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules
* Utilize scheduling software and Procore to track project progress
* Maintain safety compliance and OSHA standards across all job sites

The Successful Applicant



* 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
* Experience managing projects valued between $1M-$10M
* Proficiency with construction scheduling software
* OSHA 30 certification required
* Background in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or commercial construction preferred
