Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and enforce project specifications
  • Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment
  • Travel extensively to various project locations, staying on-site for extended periods

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a superintendent in commercial or industrial construction environments, with data center project experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve complex issues, and effectively manage project personnel.
  • Skilled in interpreting construction drawings, project schedules, and technical specifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Flexible and available for frequent travel, including extended assignments at project sites.
