We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to manage Mission Critical construction projects with a top ENR general contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process and ensuring that projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day construction activities and supervise field personnel
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality standards and timelines are met
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise
  • Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers
  • Monitor budget and ensure resources are used efficiently
  • Plan and schedule the construction project in logical steps

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • At least 8 years of experience as a superintendent on commercial projects
  • A strong understanding of Mission Critical and MEP systems
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
