Superintendent - Mixed-Commercial Construction

• Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and reports.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are available and ready for use as per project requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project activities and site conditions.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve on-site conflicts or challenges promptly and professionally.
