Job Description

* Lead field operations on ground-up affordable housing and multifamily projects
* Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and daily construction activities
* Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are achieved throughout the project lifecycle
* Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, and ownership representatives

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
* Proven background delivering ground-up multifamily or affordable housing projects
* Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
* Experience working on large-scale residential projects in Florida
* Collaborative personality and strong cultural fit for a long-term career opportunity

What's on Offer

Salary: Up to $150,000+ (fully negotiable based on experience) + bonus
