Job Description

  • Lead all on-site operations for a $71M, 280-unit ground-up multifamily project
  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, and project execution
  • Oversee slab-on-grade, elevated podium concrete, wood-frame construction, and sitework
  • Coordinate with project management, ownership, design teams, and trade partners
  • Mentor and direct 2 Assistant Superintendents throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Apex Multifamily should have:

  • Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
