Job Description

  • Responsible for a detailed project plan and schedule
  • Prepare and manage budget
  • Liasion between owner to include all project updates.
  • Supervise and coordinate all field activities related to ground up construction
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret structural drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with project engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Manage manpower planning, material deliveries, and equipment needs.
  • Identify and resolve field issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in coordinating inspections and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Report progress and field conditions to project management.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in structural construction supervision with block construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes
  • Must have Block Construction experience
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schedules, and specifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with construction management software(e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam)
  • Collaborative attitude with field and office teams
  • Experience working on multifamily projects in Fort Myers
