Job Description

Support day-to-day field operations on a large-scale ground-up multifamily development.
Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, and site activities to maintain project schedules.
Monitor and enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies.
Assist in managing quality control processes to ensure work meets project specifications.
Partner with project management teams to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.
Track progress and help drive schedule adherence across multiple construction phases.
Facilitate communication between field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Contribute to successful delivery of a complex wood-frame structure featuring podium construction and structured parking.
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive jobsite environment.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on ground-up multifamily construction projects.
Experience working on large-scale wood-frame multifamily developments.
Strong understanding of site logistics, scheduling, quality control, and safety management.
Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and maintain progress on fast-paced projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience on podium, transfer deck, or structured parking projects.
Experience supporting projects with 200+ residential units.
Background working for a commercial general contractor focused on multifamily construction.
