Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Boston, MA

• Oversee daily operations and progress on multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes at all times.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays to maintain project momentum.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
