Job Description

The Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Kittery, ME will:

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for a 119-unit hotel-to-workforce-housing conversion project.
  • Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project leadership, clients, consultants, and trade partners.
  • Drive project progress through proactive planning and issue resolution.
  • Maintain site documentation and reporting through Procore.
  • Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture on site.
  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
  • Partner closely with the General Superintendent and project leadership team.
  • Report directly to construction leadership and serve as the lead field representative for the project.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Multifamily Construction should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
  • Experience leading construction projects from field execution through completion.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site management.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Kittery, Maine.
  • Experience using construction management software such as Procore.
