• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for multifamily construction projects in Needham, MA.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
