Job Description

The Superintendent - Multifamily Construction in NH will:

  • Manage daily on-site operations for multifamily construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards on-site.
  • Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports on project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
