Job Description

The Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Portland, ME will:

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Oversee subcontractors and coordinate their schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to maintain timelines.
  • Ensure job site safety by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections.
  • Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and quality control plans.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports detailing project status, challenges, and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Portland.
