Job Description

The Superintendent reports to senior operations leadership and is responsible for all on-site construction activity.

  • Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor performance
  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
  • Coordinate inspections and quality control processes
  • Partner with Project Managers to align field and budget objectives
  • Lead subcontractor meetings and site coordination
  • Drive productivity and maintain high workmanship standards

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent role we are seeking:

  • 5-10 years of construction experience in a Superintendent position
  • Proven experience delivering multifamily or affordable housing projects
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership and site management capabilities
  • Stable work history demonstrating long-term commitment
  • Growth mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to relocate if required
