Team members benefit from a stable pipeline of work, clear communication across departments, and leadership that prioritizes accountability and professional growth.Job DescriptionOversee day-to-day field operations for multifamily construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.Develop, update, and enforce project schedules, sequencing trades to avoid conflicts and delays.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building plans, specifications, and local building codes.Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe jobsite.Review and manage material deliveries, inventory, and equipment usage to prevent shortages or downtime.Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve field issues and RFIs promptly.Track progress, document daily reports, and communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
