Superintendent - Multifamily Ground Up

• Lead onsite construction of multifamily developments
• Coordinate all trades from sitework through turnover
• Maintain schedule and sequencing for multi-phase builds
• Ensure quality control across units and common areas
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and final delivery
• Enforce site safety standards
• Work closely with ownership and development teams
• Track daily logs and progress reporting
