Job Description

  • Serve as the Lead Superintendent on a 119-unit hotel-to-workforce housing conversion project in Kittery, Maine.
  • Manage all on-site construction activities from project startup through completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules and milestones.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct daily site walks, oversee project progress, and proactively resolve field challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Management team and report directly to project leadership.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting through Procore and other project management tools.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork on-site.
  • Work primarily on projects located within approximately 30 minutes of Kittery and Portsmouth.
  • Participate in one to two interview meetings as part of the hiring process before onboarding.



Location: Kittery, ME

Compensation: Up to $120,000 base salary

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
  • Proven experience managing renovation or repositioning projects.
  • Ability to lead field operations and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades.
  • Strong understanding of construction schedules, quality control, and jobsite safety.
  • Experience using Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Ability to commute to project sites in Southern Maine.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Multifamily renovation experience.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Candidates located in Northern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, or Southern Maine.
  • Experience on occupied or adaptive reuse projects, including hospitality-to-residential conversions.
