Superintendent - Multifamily Projects - Boston

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, daily reports, and material logs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or inquiries in a professional manner.
• Train and mentor team members to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
