Superintendent - Multifamily (Relocation)

• Manage and oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project schedules are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve any on-site issues and provide solutions to minimize delays or disruptions.
• Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring financial efficiency throughout the construction process.
• Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and building codes.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment on-site.
