Job Description

Multifamily Superintendent - Renovation

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Monitor daily progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and completion of work.
