Job Description

This Superintendent will oversee all construction activities related to site development and exterior scopes, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex sitework, earthwork, utilities, hardscape, and landscape scopes
  • Coordinating subcontractors and vendors for all exterior construction activities
  • Maintaining project schedules and sequencing for site‑related work
  • Enforcing safety standards and jobsite compliance
  • Collaborating with project management teams to resolve field issues
  • Supporting the successful delivery of a $119M, 4‑story, 336‑unit wood‑frame multifamily project
  • Serving as a key on‑site leader from early phases through exterior completion

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Superintendent will bring hands‑on experience and strong leadership in complex exterior construction.Qualifications include:

  • Proven experience with complex sitework and earthwork on large projects
  • Background managing hardscape, landscape, and exterior scopes
  • Experience on multifamily or large wood‑frame construction projects preferred
  • Strong subcontractor coordination and field leadership skills
  • Ability to start ASAP and work full‑time on‑site
  • Experience delivering projects in the $100M+ range is a plus
