Superintendent - Multifamily

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain efficient workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project plans.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and site activities.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
